Adam leads projects from design through construction, with a focus on technical development, documentation, and production quality. He works to make sure design intent translates into clear, coordinated, and buildable solutions. Beyond individual projects, he helps shape the systems, standards, and workflows that let the team work consistently and well.

Adam has 20 years in the industry. His experience is diverse, though he has focused on multifamily for the better part of his career. He has a knack for finding simple solutions to complex problems, working out what a client actually wants, what the project requires, and where the money is best spent. He knows state-funded work in Ohio well and has worked on many projects with the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission. He also served as project architect for the Ralph Rogan Equine Performance Evaluation Arena and the Multispecies Animal Learning Center at The Ohio State University.

Architecture was where Adam's need to create things finally made sense. It let him combine the analytical side of engineering with creativity, and it gave him the satisfaction of watching an idea become something real. He has always enjoyed figuring out how to make things work, with the added challenge of making them meaningful, functional, and beautiful. Outside of work, he spends time on industrial design and rapid prototyping, along with fabrication, construction, and personal projects.
