Liz carries projects through schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration. She coordinates consultants, communicates with contractors and clients, and stays involved in the field through site surveys and visits throughout a project.

Liz has three and a half years of experience, with her deepest work in multifamily and commercial tenant improvements. She is particularly good at solving spatial design problems and making the most of the space a project has, while balancing design, functionality, code requirements, budget, and what a client wants. Most of her work has been in Columbus, giving her experience with the city's zoning code and building requirements. Her project work includes Artem on Gay, where she gained experience with OHFA requirements, along with The Flats on Broad & Gould and Lofts 82.

Liz has always been interested in building design and the way things look. Growing up, she was drawn to unusual houses and curious about what happens in the parts of a building the public never sees, along with problem solving and technology. She cares about environmentally friendly design and projects that can improve communities. Outside of work, she stays active with hot yoga and hikes in the metro parks, explores Columbus coffee shops, bars, and thrift stores with friends, goes to concerts and hunts for new indie, pop, and country artists, reads mystery and fantasy, and travels when she can.
