Jill leads DAC's strategy and runs the business side of the firm, from finance and contracts to HR, marketing, and support for business development. She works closely with firm leadership on planning and growth and oversees the systems that keep the practice running day to day. Clients usually meet her early, during proposals and contracts, and stay in contact with her through invoicing and the life of the project.

Before joining DAC, Jill spent more than a decade in the legal industry leading the operations of a growing law firm. At DAC, she has built much of the structure the firm runs on while keeping an eye on where it is headed and what it will take to get there. She has always been drawn to architecture, especially floor plans and the details that determine whether a project is feasible, and found that the business side of a practice was where she could put that interest to use.

Clear, transparent communication is central to how Jill works. She believes the best projects come from clients, consultants, and partners who are working toward the same goal rather than negotiating against each other. Outside of work, she loves to read and spend time with her husband, their three kids, and the family dog and cat. Much of that time is spent at a field, court, or track cheering on her kids in whatever sport is in season.
