Morgan's work touches nearly every phase of a project, from surveying existing conditions and making early design decisions through construction documents and contract administration. She leads code analysis and QA/QC, coordinates consultants, and stays involved with clients throughout the process.

Morgan has 12 years in the industry, with her deepest experience in adaptive reuse, multifamily, affordable housing, retail, and education. She is particularly good at navigating existing building projects, boiling down what needs to be in a set of construction documents to get through permitting, and designing with cost in mind. Her work at DAC includes leading design and construction documents on Community STE[A]M Academy and serving as project architect on Anchor Detroit and the Brixmor Crown Plaza tenant improvement packages.

Morgan's path started with LEGOs, sketching, and puzzles, ran through architecture summer camps in high school, and led to the architecture program in college. She credits her growth in the field to the guidance and trust she got from her mentors, something she now works to pass on by mentoring her team and through her involvement with NOMA. Outside of work, she loves the sense of community in her neighborhood and is always up for an adventure, whether that means hopping on a bus to wander through a new village or traveling to explore cities overseas. She adores all animals, is the proud mama of a fluffy ginger cat, and yes, she will stop you on the street to say hi to your dog.
