Morgan Embt’s path into architecture began early, driven by a natural inclination to build and create. Educated at Ohio State University, with additional graduate studies at the University of Michigan, she has built her career around prioritizing real-world execution and tangible impact.

Her long-standing professional relationship with the firm’s founder, Daniel Mayer, evolved from mentorship into partnership. She joined the firm in April 2021 as a Senior Associate and became a Partner in 2024. Now based in Chicago, Morgan is a registered architect deeply engaged in community work, supporting small businesses and advocating for broader access to architecture through organizations such as the National Organization of Minority Architects. Her work is grounded in practicality, blending technical rigor with creative problem-solving and a deeply human-centered approach to design.
