Opportunity
The Finance Fund and the Affordable Housing Trust commissioned our firm to design a project that delivers high-quality housing while aligning with the City of Columbus’s 2024 zoning and development regulations.
Approach
Leveraging our expertise in zoning, master planning, and budgeting, we developed a framework for a four-story condominium building with 23 subsidized condos, balancing thoughtful design with regulatory and financial constraints.
