A growing Midwest organization needed a space to develop student-athletes on and off the court. We knew their campus needed to be just as dynamic as their mission.

Approach

DAC built a master plan in close collaboration with City of Trotwood’s planning and zoning officials and financial modelers. A thorough site analysis optimized existing utilities, evaluated development pathways, and informed cross-access easements that secured long-term site access.

Impact

Across years, shapes and sizes, our firm equipped Flyght Academy with the space, clarity, and infrastructure to support young athletes and growing education initiatives. The current site features a premier 50,000 sq. ft. indoor sports facility featuring customizable turfs, courts and weight rooms.
