A growing Midwest organization needed a campus that could serve them now and scale with them later.


Approach

DAC built a master plan in close collaboration with City of Trotwood planning and zoning officials and financial modelers. A thorough site analysis optimized existing utilities, evaluated development pathways, and informed cross-access easements that secured long-term site access.


Impact

Flyght Academy now has a strategic foundation built for growth, with the legal clarity and infrastructure to support whatever comes next.
