Development | Architecture Collaborative (DAC) understands that great projects begin with great relationships. We blend more than 20 years of industry expertise with our client’s unique vision to create spaces that reflect our passion for people. This begins with highly-personalized project development and carries over to an efficient and transparent collaboration between the Owner, Stakeholders, Design Team, and Construction Team. Since the firm’s inception in 2020, DAC has effectively grown to a staff of nine, designing over 2 million square feet of project area on over 400 acres of sites. Our services include master planning, stakeholder engagement, development services, program management, design, architecture and construction administration. Projects in our portfolio range in size from 800 square feet to over 300,000 square feet, across industries.
